Located near Harrogate and Knaresborough, the ambitious 270-acre development is being brought forward by SGI in partnership with Greyfriars Investments. With plans for high-quality industrial, logistics and advanced manufacturing space, Flaxby Park represents a significant opportunity to attract investment, create employment and support the region's long-term economic growth.
