We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who knows the beverage industry inside out. Someone with strong industry experience, deep-rooted contacts, and the drive to make our mark. You’ll be instrumental in growing our client base, building strategic partnerships, and positioning SIPS® as the go-to creative studio for beverage brands ready to lead, not follow.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in branding, design, or packaging – ideally in the beverage sector.
- Industry connections – You know the key players and decision-makers in the beverage world.
- Strategic mindset – Identify the right brands, pitch with confidence, and close with impact.
- Passionate – You understand the power of great design and its role in brand success.
- Confidence & charisma – You thrive in meetings, pitches, and industry events.
- Results-driven – You’re motivated by growth, targets, and tangible success.
- Storytelling ability – You can position SIPS® as the only creative partner worth considering.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – You see opportunities others don’t and know how to seize them.
What You’ll Do
- Grow our presence in the beverage sector, securing projects with ambitious brands.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key industry players and challenger brands.
- Lead the pitch process, crafting compelling proposals that win work.
- Work alongside the leadership team to refine and execute our growth strategy.
- Attend events to network and position SIPS® as a leader in brand and packaging.
- Own the sales pipeline, tracking leads, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with our team, ensuring we stay ahead of trends and deliver world-class work.
