You’re the bridge between concept and execution – where design becomes reality. With a meticulous eye for detail, a deep understanding of print and digital production, and the ability to bring artwork to life across multiple formats, you ensure everything is pixel-perfect, print-ready, and brand-aligned.
At SOCIETY STUDIOS®, we create brands that demand attention. We’re looking for a Creative Artworker with 5+ years of industry experience – someone who can work across brand, packaging, digital, and signage with precision, passion, and technical expertise.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of industry experience in artwork creation across multiple channels.
- Flawless attention to detail – Nothing gets past you. Ever.
- Deep understanding of print production – You know how to prep files that work every time.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, precision, and technical ability.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign are second nature.
- Digital expertise – Up-to-date with best practices for web and screen-based formats.
- Brand precision – You ensure artwork aligns seamlessly with brand guidelines.
- Process-driven – You drive efficiencies and improvements in workflow and output.
- Strong comms – You work seamlessly with creatives, developers, and external suppliers.
- Experience in signage & packaging – Essential.
What you'll do
- Bring concepts to life, finalising artwork for print, packaging, signage, and digital use.
- Ensure artwork consistency and accuracy, aligning with brand guidelines.
- Manage artwork production, from file setup to final output.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team from concept to approval.
- Liaise with external printers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Conduct quality control checks, proofing work before release.
- Optimise workflows, improving efficiency in artwork production.
- Organise and archive accurate artwork files for the studio.
- Create digital assets, resizing and adapting artwork for online use.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and best practices to the team.
