What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in agency account management.
- A strategic partner – You build strong, trusted relationships with clients.
- Project leader – You manage scope, schedules, budgets, and briefs like a pro.
- Strong communicator – You translate creative into commercial value.
- Detail-obsessed – You spot the small stuff that makes a big difference.
- Collaborative mindset – You work seamlessly with creatives, strategists, and developers.
- Calm under pressure – You stay focused and in control, even when things get busy.
- Commercially aware – You understand how creativity drives business value.
- Confident presenter – You can pitch ideas and lead conversations with conviction.
What You’ll Do
- Own client relationships across branding, campaigns, and digital projects.
- Lead day-to-day project delivery, ensuring everything runs on time and on brief.
- Write and manage project scopes, briefs, and timelines.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams, championing great work and smart thinking.
- Act as the voice of the client within the studio—and vice versa.
- Support new business and pitches, helping shape proposals and presentations.
- Oversee budgets and billing, ensuring commercial clarity and accountability.
- Spot opportunities for growth, building longer-term client partnerships.
- Maintain standards, energy, and excellence in everything you touch.
