We’re looking for a Senior Designer with 6+ years of industry experience – someone who lives and breathes brand design, knows how to craft exceptional digital experiences, and is ready to lead by example.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of industry experience in branding, digital design, and creative direction.
- A strategic mindset – You know how to translate brand positioning into powerful design.
- Mastery of brand identity design – Typography, colour, layout, imagery – you know how to bring it all together.
- Digital-first thinking – Experience designing for web, UI/UX, and interactive experiences.
- Exceptional craft skills – From concept to execution, your work is meticulous.
- Leadership & mentorship – You guide junior designers, elevating the team’s creative output.
- Presentation skills – You can articulate your ideas with clarity and confidence.
- Adobe Creative Suite & Figma expertise – You work seamlessly across tools.
- A restless drive – Always learning, always pushing, always making the work better.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of brand identities, campaigns, and digital experiences.
- Own projects from concept to execution, ensuring creative excellence at every stage.
- Develop multi-platform brand systems that connect, engage, and inspire.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, writers, and developers to bring ideas to life.
- Push creative boundaries while ensuring designs are commercially effective.
- Mentor and support junior designers, helping them refine their craft.
- Present work to clients and internal teams, backing up your ideas with clear rationale.
- Stay ahead of trends, technology, and industry shifts to keep our work fresh.
