Senior Account Manager
We’re looking for someone to sit at the heart of the Client Services team and work alongside our MD to make a real impact on the future of the agency and its clients.

Someone who’ll go the extra mile to create lasting partnerships, innovative ideas and knockout work. 

A strong client handler, who can lead conversations on how brands connect with their audience in an increasingly digital world. A voice of authority for clients, who can nurture key relationships and build trust.

What we’re looking for

You’ll have an eye for good design, digital understanding, UX and UI principles with the know-how to get the most from your resources and the client’s brief.

Creatively minded with a strong commercial acumen, and a naturally organised and insightful person, you’ll know how to keep projects on track, delivering profitable outcomes, evaluating throughout.

You’ll be an ambitious Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with the confidence to hold your own. Articulating clear rationale, both with clients and internal teams, while being approachable and personable and full of problem-solving ideas.

You won’t be afraid to ask difficult questions when needed and you’ll naturally work hard and pull your weight, always thinking of the bigger picture to help deliver world-class creative.

Ultimately, we’re looking for someone with bags of enthusiasm and ambition to get to the next level in their career. With only a small team, your efforts will always be acknowledged, valued and rewarded – egos just don’t fit in here.

What we need 

  • 3+ years in a project management role

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • The ability to assess creative and strategic solutions to business problems

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills

  • Excellent grammar in email, written proposals and verbal communications

  • Significant experience delivering multiple projects, all with different scopes of work, and at different phases of delivery, simultaneously

  • Experience in writing strategic proposals in answer to client briefs and making proactive proposals

  • The ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts 

  • Previous experience and knowledge of property marketing desirable

Annual salary will be negotiable depending on experience and is expected to range between £30,000 – £35,000 plus bonus incentives.
