What we want
2/3 years of agency account management experience
Experience working closely with design and creative teams
Experience managing photography and videography shoots is desirable but not a necessity
Ability to coordinate a number of teams in order to meet a brief and achieve results
Proven track record of managing budgets alongside timescales and objectives for clients
Ability to solve problems quickly and resolve any issues that arise for the client
Experience in pulling together new business pitches and confidence in presenting to clients
Experience in real estate, property marketing, residential and/or commercial property marketing
A meticulous eye for details and deep exceptional organisational skills
What you’ll be doing
Manage client interactions for existing and new business development
Ensure effective project management from briefing to delivery across all channels
Cultivate strong client relationships, fostering trust and confidence in our services
Collaborate with and fulfil requests from your line manager, which, in this case, are the Directors of the company
Explore and initiate new revenue streams from existing clients and drive referrals
Manage and report financial data, aiming to achieve the company's benchmark profitability percentage
Develop, manage, and adhere to client budgets
Present creative work to both internal and external stakeholders when necessary
Coordinate photography and film shoots
Collaborate with external signage suppliers and coordinate instillation
Maintain accurate reporting, covering quotations, job management, and time schedules
Foster working relationships across the Leeds and London studios
Report directly to managing director
The salary
£28,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
