Account Manager
We're the best agency you've never heard of, and we've got ambitious plans for 2024, plans that necessitate the addition of a full-time Account Manager for our Leeds studio. Reporting to the Account Director, you'll work closely with various agency teams. We need a creative thinker who can contribute fresh ideas, lead projects, and bring passion to the role. You should have a strong background in account management, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to build client relationships, pitch confidently, and coordinate cross-channel teams to meet budgets and deadlines. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, ensuring accuracy, strategic alignment, and on-time, on-budget project execution.

What we want

  • 2/3 years of agency account management experience

  • Experience working closely with design and creative teams

  • Experience managing photography and videography shoots is desirable but not a necessity

  • Ability to coordinate a number of teams in order to meet a brief and achieve results

  • Proven track record of managing budgets alongside timescales and objectives for clients

  • Ability to solve problems quickly and resolve any issues that arise for the client

  • Experience in pulling together new business pitches and confidence in presenting to clients

  • Experience in real estate, property marketing, residential and/or commercial property marketing

  • A meticulous eye for details and deep exceptional organisational skills

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage client interactions for existing and new business development

  • Ensure effective project management from briefing to delivery across all channels

  • Cultivate strong client relationships, fostering trust and confidence in our services

  • Collaborate with and fulfil requests from your line manager, which, in this case, are the Directors of the company

  • Explore and initiate new revenue streams from existing clients and drive referrals

  • Manage and report financial data, aiming to achieve the company's benchmark profitability percentage

  • Develop, manage, and adhere to client budgets

  • Present creative work to both internal and external stakeholders when necessary

  • Coordinate photography and film shoots

  • Collaborate with external signage suppliers and coordinate instillation

  • Maintain accurate reporting, covering quotations, job management, and time schedules

  • Foster working relationships across the Leeds and London studios

  • Report directly to managing director

The salary

£28,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
