The type of person who thrives on taking responsibility and can lead the quality and technical approach of projects, making sure they are delivered on time and on budget.
You’ll have at least 5 years of development experience, and a track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
As well as making things happen every day, you’ll be comfortable fielding questions and playing your part in shaping our wider business strategy to deliver world-class digital work.
You’ll recognise the importance of teamwork and good communication, while being analytical and collaborative in your approach to solving problems for our clients.
Ultimately, we’re looking for someone with bags of enthusiasm and ambition to get to the next level in their career. With only a small team, your efforts will always be acknowledged, valued and rewarded – egos just don’t fit in here.

What we need
5+ years in a developer role
Excellent communication skills
The ability to assess technical and strategic solutions to business problems
Excellent organisational skills
Significant experience delivering multiple projects, all with different scopes of work, and at different phases of delivery, simultaneously
Experience in writing strategic proposals in answer to client briefs and making proactive proposals
Strong knowledge of:
Writing semantic, accessible HTML
Version control systems such as Git
Sketch / Affinity / Photoshop
Awareness of the utility-first approach to writing CSS
Interest in emerging web technologies
Experience working with content management systems
