What you’ll be doing

• Foster innovative ideas and impeccable design execution.

• Proficient in the entire creative process, from concept to production.

• Manage and organize design files and assets as required.

• Uphold the agency's standards for excellence, timeliness, and profitability.

• Collaborate with external specialists like illustrators and visualizers.

• Cultivate an inspiring and collaborative environment.

• Design graphics to enhance documents and campaigns.

• Assist in digital design efforts when needed.

• Generate creative concepts through brainstorming.

• Offer well-suited creative solutions.

• Conduct research and report findings.

• Present and justify design decisions to colleagues.

• Develop and distribute usage guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with Senior Designers, Creative Director, and team.

• Brief and coordinate with external suppliers (printers, photographers, visualizers).

The salary

£30,000 — £38,000 (DOE)
