We were recently appointed by Countrylarge Developments to handle the branding and marketing for their new scheme in Leeds city centre’s Northern Quarter. Located on Lower Brunswick Street, the eight two and three bedroom, design-led townhouses will offer truly unique city centre living. Highlights of the homes include roof terraces, high-quality specifications, parking, striking contemporary design and a short walk to the city centre with great doorstep amenities.

The name Cobblers Yard was inspired by the area’s former renown for shoe manufacturing.
A bright colour palette was used to make the brand stand out on site and appeal to a younger audience. Using clever copywriting as a nod to the site's heritage, we used halftone imagery of young people as a way of showing traditional techniques in a modern way.
To complement this, we explored traditional signwriter typography, applying a subtle distressed treatment to give it an artisanal, handmade quality – a further nod to the site’s heritage.
