Known for high-quality finishes and exceptional build quality, this award-winning family business has grown rapidly. With ambitious plans for continued growth across the UK, they needed a brand fit to compete in a highly competitive market. We needed to create a brand and communications that would reposition Berkeley as a national player and provide a customer experience to match the quality of the homes themselves.
We collaborated with internationally renowned illustrator Chris Mitchell to refresh the brand marque, before creating a comprehensive set of guidelines for internal and external use.
Introducing a bespoke touch to each development, we created a suite of logos that were consistent but different to make each place identifiable.
Covering everything from sales literature, product information to stationery and sale boards, we brought a consistent visual language and tone of voice to all communications.
We directed a lifestyle photoshoot to capture what life would be like for a family living in a Berkeley Deveer home, capturing the magical moments that go with daily life.
Focusing on the customer journey, we rebuilt the website from the ground up, incorporating interactive features to optimise the sales process and customer experience.
