Since its development, 3200 Century Way has formed a central part of Thorpe Park, one of the region’s best situated business parks offering 24,455 sq ft of Grade A space over three storeys. Home to one of the UK’s largest project management consultants for over 15yrs, London & Scottish Investments knew that the building would need refreshing and rebranding before marketing it to new prospective tenants. London & Scottish Investments Ltd appointed Society to firstly rebrand and then relaunch the offices as part of a £2m refurbishment.

Both the name and branding were inspired by the buildings new exterior copper façade, Aeris being the Latin for copper.
Promotional activities were supported with bespoke brochureware and launch email campaign with landing microsite.
Our work then moved inward to look at the full refurbishment of the vast reception space, and way-finding throughout the building.
