Breaking with the conventional wisdom of the restaurant business, Burning Night wanted to capitalise on the growing trend for barbeque and take it to the next level – slow cooked meats prepared in traditional southern American smokers. Slow food served fast.
The branding touches on the bars initial offering, representing a grill with its linear and tall typographical approach.
The interior fit-out which features exposed steel work, solid materials – wood, steel and concrete, robust custom built tables and seating.
Food and drink was the star, so we began by producing a suite of great food photography. Rich, atmospheric and beautifully shot, this set the tone for everything to follow.
