Milliners Yard redefines contemporary urban living in Liverpool’s Fabric District, bringing a fresh perspective to a neighbourhood shaped by history and craft. Set on the former site of TJ Hughes, this Build to Rent development introduces 144 one-bedroom apartments, 99 two-bedroom apartments, and 15 studios, designed for a new generation of city dwellers.

Our brand for Milliners Yard draws directly from the building’s architectural language, transforming its structural forms into a dynamic visual identity. Inspired by cross-stitch patterns and fabric looms, we developed a modular design system that pays homage to the district’s textile heritage while creating a distinct, modern aesthetic.

This crafted approach extends across every touchpoint, from digital applications to physical environments, reinforcing a sense of belonging and artistry. The result is a brand that doesn’t just represent a place – it embodies a way of living, seamlessly weaving together history, community, and contemporary design.
