Appointed by Starlight Investments, we were tasked with branding and positioning this exciting new BTR development, creating an identity that reflects its warmth, energy, and vibrancy. Located near Leeds’ shopping and financial district, The Radiant is a nine-storey development featuring 111 carefully designed apartments, including one, two, and three-bedroom layouts. Many homes feature private balconies, while top-floor residences offer spacious terraces. Premium shared spaces, including a co-working area, media room, and resident lounge, elevate the living experience. Sustainability is at the core, with renewable energy systems and high-efficiency lighting supporting a low-impact lifestyle.

The brand draws inspiration from the building’s architectural character, translating geometric forms into a bold yet refined visual identity. A custom monogram ‘R’ anchors the brand, supported by a contemporary colour palette influenced by the building’s materiality. Modular geometric patterns create a cohesive visual language across signage, print, and digital applications. The result is a brand that balances sophistication and warmth, positioning The Radiant as a leading residential destination in Leeds.
